Online counselling

Cognitively Speaking provides online counselling via zoom with sessions available outside of usual business hours. 

​

Online counselling has various benefits for you without impacting the efficacy of your treatment. All you need to join the session is a device with a camera and a reliable internet connection meaning you can join from the comfort, and privacy, of your own space. 

​

Counselling can support you when you are experiencing the following concerns: 

  • depression or low mood

  • anxiety

  • period of grief and loss

  • stress

  • dissatisfaction in your life

  • trauma

  • emotional resilience

Various counselling techniques, tailored to you

I am trained and experienced in various therapeutic tools and techniques to support you in your journey and growth. Some of these include:

Areas of experience

Building awareness of the challenges you are experiencing, reframing, considering other perspectives. These are tools that can support you whether you are dealing with symptoms of depression or anxiety, feeling lost or experiencing challenges in your relationships or workplace.

While I welcome the opportunity and privilege to work with people from all walks of life, I have a particular passion for partnering with young women who are working through transitional periods of life, whether that be in relationships, career, parenting, impact of other health concerns be they physical or mental.
